Interesting wagers today. James earned $20,412 with the 2 Daily Doubles. Rarely see him miss the 1st Daily Double, loosing $3k.. He went all in ($10,600) on the 2nd one and bet his anniversary, with a wink, (9/8/12) on the 3rd one.
He wagered his daughter's birthday on final. (11/9/14) Had he missed final and Emma's correct response and all-in wager, he would be down $902, my birthday (9/02) coincidence? I think not. 😆

Anybody else have trouble watching this tournament after Jeopardy shook the integrity of the game? Letting 3-time winner Emma compete. Loved seeing rightfully qualified James again (even during a regular tournament thanks to the off timed All-Star tournament) and all the other players. But Emma… even Jeopardy bumping other better qualified players (4-time) all for her giant killer title. She didn't deserve the $100,000. Should have been a stipulation that if she won, it went to Larry Martin's family. Sad how there was no donation in his name (not the first time; Cindy Stowell). Shame.
